Dental Emergencies

Dental emergencies can be very painful and tend to happen at the most inconvenient time. We plan our daily bookings to allow short notice emergency consultations also for visitors and patients not yet registered with us.

Private emergency appointments are charged a fixed fee that includes an assessment of the immediate dental emergency and the first x-ray. Full examination or cost of treatment is not included.

The fee will be taken by card payment over the phone at the time of making the booking.

NHS emergency appointments are limited and offered only to patients who are entitled to free dental care.

The dentist will deal with the issue within the allocated time and provide temporary pain relief if needed. Depending on the complexity of the issue, only if time allows will any permanent treatment be possible on the day.
